this one goes out to erin's sister jen in VA for her miniature daschund. the size small she ordered wasn't going to fit her still growing pup in a few months so i'm mailing this medium as an exchange.

Rainy-Stripe Flutter Hoodie

I designed and made this for Pupperoo, my friend Deanna's surrogate shi tzu, but Nova had to have one too. Just a wee bit smaller.

My good friend Anna and her pup Loba came to visit Nova and me this week. They had a great time running around, playing, and eating pup-cakes from Three Dog Bakery. Then the girls played dress-up in Nova's flutter hoodies. Loba's was a little big on her :)

deercat spotted in the wild

Our current featured deercat Nova enjoyed some nice rock romping at the Devil's Courthouse earlier this week. Who knew it was going to be so windy? She should have had a Flutter Hoodie on. :/

prototype: flutter hoodie

I made this early prototype flutter hoodie using baby-fine pink corduroy and a cotton floral print. It is reversible with adjustable velcro closures. Nova wore this or something like it all winter long here in the mountains of NC.
